Returns and Refunds Policy
Our Commitment
Every All Finer Things product is made with care and carefully inspected before dispatch. We want you to be delighted with your order and will always deal with return requests fairly and in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Standard Products: 14-Day Returns
You may request a return of an unused standard product within 14 calendar days after receiving it.
A standard product is an item ordered in a size, colour and finish listed as a standard option on our website.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
• Unused, unwashed, unmarked and unaltered.
• In its original condition and packaging.
• Accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please email allfinerthings@icloud.com before returning anything. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Change-of-Mind Return Costs
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost and for ensuring that the product reaches us safely.
The original delivery charge is not refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, incorrect or did not match the order placed.
Custom-Made and Personalised Products
A custom-made product is an item produced according to measurements, dimensions, colours, finishes or other specifications that are not offered as standard options on our website.
Because custom-made and personalised products are created specifically for one customer, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a change of mind once production has begun.
This includes returns caused by incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer.
This restriction does not apply when a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly made, or does not match the measurements or specifications agreed with All Finer Things.
Made-to-Order Does Not Always Mean Custom-Made
All Finer Things products are made to order. However, a product ordered in one of our listed standard sizes, standard colours and standard finishes remains eligible for our 14-day standard-product return policy, provided it meets the return conditions above.
Sale Items
A Sale badge or reduced price does not automatically make a standard product non-returnable. Standard sale products remain eligible under our 14-day return policy.
An item clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect any rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications.
Email allfinerthings@icloud.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
When a product qualifies for return because it is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, All Finer Things will cover the reasonable return courier cost and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law. Depending on the circumstances and the customer’s applicable rights, this may include repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Returned products will be inspected when received. We will notify you of the outcome and, when a refund is approved, process it using the original payment method.
Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Unused standard products may be exchanged subject to the same eligibility requirements as standard-product returns. Depending on availability and production requirements, we may ask you to return the original product and place a separate order for the replacement.
